Welcome to Teamworks. This website is operated by Teamworks Screenprinting & Embroidery ("Teamworks", "we", "us"), 875 Keller Parkway, Keller, TX 76248. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

Products & pricing

We do our best to display product colors, sizing, and details accurately, but screens vary and slight variations in garment color or print placement can occur — that's the nature of custom decoration. Prices are subject to change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

Custom orders & proofs

Custom orders are produced only after you approve a digital proof. Please review proofs carefully — spelling, colors, sizes, and placement — because approved proofs are what we print. Custom and personalized items are made just for you and cannot be returned, as described in our Refund Policy.

Your artwork

By submitting a logo, design, or artwork, you confirm you own the rights to it or have permission to use it, and you grant us permission to reproduce it solely to fulfill your order. You are responsible for any claims arising from artwork you provide. We may decline orders containing content we consider unlawful or offensive.

Orders & payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order, we will refund any amount you paid. Payment is processed securely at checkout via Shopify's payment providers.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teamworks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the item(s) in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
