Processing times

In-stock spirit wear ships within 2–4 business days. Custom and made-to-order items are produced after you approve your proof and typically ship within 7–14 business days, depending on order size. Need it by a specific date? Note it on your quote request or email us at simon@teamworkslogo.com and we'll do our best to make it happen.

Local pickup

Free local pickup is available at our shop: 875 Keller Parkway, Keller, TX 76248. We'll email you when your order is ready.

Shipping rates & delivery

We ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays, damage & lost packages

Once a package is with the carrier, delivery times are estimates and occasional carrier delays can happen. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at simon@teamworkslogo.com or (817) 876-1458 and we'll make it right.

Team & bulk orders

Outfitting a whole team? Bulk orders are often delivered or picked up locally by arrangement. We'll confirm delivery details with you when we finalize your quote.
